Located in Tallahassee, Florida, Cypress Tree Zen Group is affiliated with the Kwan Um School of Zen, which was founded by Korean Zen Master Seung Sahn. We currently practice in person and via Zoom. Sunday is our Zoom practice. Sitting meditation starts at 10 AM. We meet every Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM. Please email us for the Zoom link and/or in person location information.
